Excellent Stay at Verulai Resort 🌿 Had a wonderful stay at Verulai Resort with my mom while visiting Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga. Mr. Chavhan, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. Since we wanted to visit the temple early in the morning, he personally drove us there and brought us back — such a thoughtful gesture! The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery and is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful stay close to nature. The food is homely and tasty, and Mr. Chavhan also helps arrange autos/cabs for local sightseeing with transparent pricing. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended. 4.5/5 ⭐ — deducting half a star only because there is no elevator.

We, two families 4 members, stayed for a day, as a part of visiting Grishneswar temple and world famous heritage sites Ellora caves. It was just a chance that we come across a Homestay Verulai, as it happened to be the first time in Homestay, and decided to experience. At the end of the stay, we really felt happy that we made a right choice and the stay was really unique as it is situated right in the beautiful lush green agricultural field with fruit plantations and other agricultural produce. Spent lovely evening in the terrace of 1 st floor where two rooms with the kitchen situated. Also, we found so convenient to visit the temple and Ellora caves as it is hardly about 2 km from the Verulai Homestay. Hospitality from the Owner from Shri Chavan Babu Lala was excellent and we had a lengthy discussions about farming related subjects. He himself conducted a field tour and showed us papaya, Banana, tur, Methi etc. Though it was a short stay, we really loved the place and if we get another occasion, we will be definitely stay for more time. Shri Chavan Babu was kind enough to undertake flower plantation drive by all of four members in the first floor terrace, as a fine gesture on his part, which we can’t forget. Chavan Babu is simple and fine Gentleman and we really feel proud to spend time Verulai Homestay. For food, you need to place the order in advance and it is healthy home cooked food.
